Deposits: 50% deposit required
to confirm booking. Balance due one month prior to check-in.
Refundable security deposit: $500
Other Fees: $150 cleaning fee
for stays less than 1 week. All utilities (gas, electric, water, cable
tv, internet, local phone calls) are included. There is a 10.25% tax
on all stays of less than one month.
Cancellation Policy: Sorry, no
refunds unless we are able to re-rent for the same period.
